Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Chip City Cookie Cup Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Chip City (“Sponsor”).

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, X, or any other third-party platform.

2. Eligibility

• Open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of Sponsor and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate.
• The Sweepstakes is valid in all active Chip City markets within the United States.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on June 11, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).

4. How to Enter

• Participants may enter by completing and submitting an official Cookie Cup bracket during the Sweepstakes Period via the official Chip City entry platform.
• Limit one (1) entry per person/email address unless otherwise specified by Sponsor.
• No purchase necessary.
• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or duplicate entries.

5. Winner Selection

• Two (2) winners will be selected based on the highest-performing completed brackets, as determined by Sponsor’s official scoring methodology.
• In the event of a tie, Sponsor reserves the right to apply tie-breaker criteria or conduct a random drawing among tied entrants.
• Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

6. Prizes

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be contacted using the email address or contact information provided at entry. If a selected winner:

• cannot be contacted,
• fails to respond within seventy-two (72) hours,
• is found ineligible, or
• fails to comply with these Official Rules,

Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use. Sponsor may issue a Form 1099 where required by law.

9. Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, social handle, hometown, and submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, partners, employees, officers, directors, and agents from any liability, claims, damages, or losses arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any prize.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy.

13. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict of law principles.
